As a Real Estate Company with a Property Management division, we require competent Service Providers to carry out maintenance on our managed properties. For our Plumbing and Drainage needs we employ Laser Plumbing Taupo as our preferred Service Provider and have done so for a number of Years.

Chelmswood Motels were built in the early 1970s under building codes far removed from the requirements of an accommodation premise today. The Plumbing at that time came with 20 year warranty now long gone, as has the reliability. With 38 units and plumbing that is 25 years past the used by date we needed a company that is responsive, efficient and cost effective.

Three years and over half the complex re- plumbed, most in circumstances where a burst pipe has started the process and then the replacement of all old piping in the affected areas being replaced. Half of this work has been done by Laser Plumbing since we moved to them 18 months ago.

Without exception Laser Plumbing has responded to our calls within an hour (often much quicker) regardless of the time of day or day of the week, holidays periods included. Our problems are always resolved promptly and special requests for assistance even quicker.

Their charges are highly competitive with the competition but the level of service and quality of work is far better than others.
