This involves lodging in duplicate a floor plan, manufacturer’s specification and installation instructions, hearth details and detail of where the flue is passing through floor, ceiling and roof and certified position of smoke alarms, together with a producer statement giving the name and installer number of a certified installer and the appropriate fee.
